Quintessentially Group is a British concierge company founded in 2000. The company is headquartered in London and operates 60 offices worldwide.

Quintessentially is a members-only ‘luxury lifestyle management service’ that provides services including travel bookings, restaurant recommendations and access to events. The group includes 16 brand services, including travel, events, estates and Quintessentially Foundation.


Enabling fast content creation


As the business looked to scale, they faced difficulties with their online presence, which was based around a dated, bespoke built Content Management System. The bespoke nature of their site meant that the internal marketing team were struggling to update the website without the need for costly intervention from the sites original developers.


Choosing the right CMS


Quintessentially contacted GRM to develop a more streamlined CMS platform that will be easy to amend by the internal marketing team.

GRM carried out numerous consultations and workshops around requirements to ascertain the best fit for Quintessentially. Many of their future marketing plans focussed around content creation, automation and CRM integration, therefore Kentico CMS was seen as the perfect fit. GRM provided a clear business case for Kentico, outlining how it would streamline their marketing activity and ultimately save costs through reduced software integrations.
