We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Account Director to help manage and grow some of our key accounts through a strategic engagement with those accounts. The successful candidate will ideally have an agency background with a good understanding of digital technologies and trends and will thrive in a high paced dynamic role.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding our client’s goals and helping them define a digital strategy to help fulfil those goals
  • Managing various digital engagements from concept through to successful delivery and thereafter
  • Write proposals, pitch and tender documents as part of business development and new client acquisition
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis in a clear and professional manner
  • Working with internal teams across multiple locations to ensure that client needs are clearly defined and that the work conducted is aligned for success
  • To meet with clients as and when required and to proactively develop relationships with key individuals and to establish new relationships accordingly
  • To manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of Account Managers on a regular basis
  • To manage and report on a detailed revenue pipeline across all accounts
  • To identify and develop new opportunities within allocated client accounts
  • Driving account performance and ensuring that KPIs are met and exceeded
