Green River Media has teamed up with Firefly Learning, the leading Modern Learning Experience Platform within the Education sector, to deliver a refreshed website design as part of the brand’s repositioning project.
Established in 2005 by two GCSE students, co-founders Joe Mathewson and Simon Hay, Firefly has led the way in the development of modern learning platforms which liberate teachers to innovate for greater impact in the classroom and beyond, whilst empowering leaders with holistic visibility to drive a transformational learning strategy for the entire school community. It can now be found in hundreds of schools around the world.
The new website design sees significant changes to the homepage in order to reflect Firefly’s new positioning in a competitive edtech marketplace. The Green River Media web development team have focussed much of the new design around a homepage video which considerably improves the user experience and provides a more concise overview of the Firefly platform.
A new ‘Heroes of Modern Education’ module has also been designed to provide a human touch to the brand and display key messages that resonate with Firefly’s target audience.
Alex MacMillan, Head of Marketing at Firefly explains: “Firefly are operating in a competitive marketplace so it’s important that we stand out with a clean website design that instantly resonates with our users and their problems. The new design helps with that and we’re already seeing an increase in goal conversions from the home page”
Ida Vejzagic, Key Account Manager at Green River Media: “We’ve been working with Firefly for quite a while now, so it was great to be awarded this project. I’m confident that the new design will have a significant contribution to the Firefly brand, and we look forward to working with them on new developments in the future.”
